SMTP -> ERROR: RCPT not accepted from server:
I have a user who is trying to send am email to this email address, magnus@em-me.com. But emails arent getting through. My user isnt recieving any bounce back message to say the message failed???
I entered the email into the below website to test the address

What is stopping this message getting through?
What SMTP server did you enter in the testing page?... to send a message to magnus@em-me.com you have to use a SMTP server from em-me.com domain, because you received an error because the STMP server you used in your test does not allow relays em-me.com... it seems it is YOUR domain... ;-) and it is normal that your server rejected a recipient in a foreign domain...

Sorry my mistake, we send out mail through smtpout.karoo.kcom.com...

You need to look at your SMTP logs to see what IP address the traffic is going to and being rejected. That will give you a clue which you can then take to the other side.
