Usually this happens when the recipient has multiple MX records in their DNS, and one of them isn't valid. Other times I see it with large ISPs where they are using a cluster and one of the cluster isn't working correctly.

You need to look at your SMTP logs to see what IP address the traffic is going to and being rejected. That will give you a clue which you can then take to the other side.

What SMTP server did you enter in the testing page?... to send a message to magnus@em-me.com you have to use a SMTP server from em-me.com domain, because you received an error because the STMP server you used in your test does not allow relays em-me.com... it seems it is YOUR domain... ;-) and it is normal that your server rejected a recipient in a foreign domain...

Now there are 2 problems:
1. As shreedhar said - both of your domain seems to be blacklisted and that's why your user did not receive any bounce back message - probably they are silently discarded

2. To test if you can send messages to someone@em-me.com with http://www.wormly.com/test_smtp_server you have to put an smtp server from "em-me.com" domain - you could try with mail.em-me.com or smtp.em-me.com.
Recipient e-mail must be also in the @em-me.com domain and at Sender e-mail you can put your own e-mail address in the nahl.co.uk domain.
But after this test you have to call user@em-me.com to confirm the test e-mail reach his mailbox - this would be the proof that "their" servers work properly and the problem is your servers that are blacklisted.
