Epson scan only runs in "install mode" on terminal server 2003
Hello,
I have the same problem but the solution provided on the attached post doesn't work for me.
I can't find a twain map or file under the User profile where i installed epson scan.
There is only a twain_32 folder under c:\windows. This is also where the shorcut of the epson scan program is starting up from.
Do you know another possible solution? Thanks in advance

Scanners are not normally sharable from the server to a terminal, meaning the terminal cannot activate the server where the scanner is attached to "make the scanner work remotely". With almost all scanners, you can only run the scan engine on the computer to which the scanner is attached. There are exceptions to this, but those scanners have software specifically written for activation from remote machines. I doubt that Epson has done this, unless it is a high-priced networking scanner.

It is a network scanner. In the related solution someone did get it working:

And it is working but only in "install mode" When i try to start it in "execute mode" It gives an error that it is missing files.
