Best webcam quality, go with better processor or graphic memory?

Looking for a value laptop for communicating with college student via the web cam as well basic internet and Microsoft Office items.  I have narrowed it down to these 2 in the same general price range.

My priority is the best quality of video for the webcam connection.  My question is do I go with a better processor or the graphics with more memory?  Thanks!
