Maybe there's a firewall issue that would allow limited users to access to the port?

My application is using socket to transfer file between server and client. It works fine in windows XP. Now we are trying to port app to Windows 7. It works fine if login into windows 7 machine as administrator but not as standard user. &nbsp;Error seems indicating that socket can not transfer file from windows 7 to server via socket. I can not get exact error message due to debugging limitation. <br />
