iPhone OWA issue

I have a user experiencing problems accessing OWA from a iPhone. User stated she previously had a BlackBerry phone, switched to iPhone a few months ago & just recently had her BB account turned off.  About that time she could no longer log into OWA from iPhone, but can get to OWA from a browser. User was told by Apple support that there have been issues w/ OWA on accounts that previously had BB accounts. Currently user is on Exchange 2003

Has anyone seen this?

TIA.

The user states she is using the Exchange application on her iPhone. I have not seen this iPhone myself so I can't say for sure. She claims she is not accessing through a browser.

I have a Driod & I assess OWA via a "Email" app & it works fine.

One thing I say was that she was not adding domain\ prior to her username in signing on to OWA, I asked her to try that & I am awaiting word back if that fixed the issue...
i would also ask her to make sure she can access the internet via safari to ensure her data plan is working
Yes, she can access the internet via safari.
I just heard back from the user, she verified/corrected the email settings. She can now send emails from the iPhone but cannot receive emails, she is getting a message it is trying to connect...
