How to Import Indesign CS5 Graphics to CS5 Fireworks Document

I use Fireworks as my main wireframing and initial layout development tool for website design and development. Recently I received a proof/wireframe of a new website from a designer as a Adobe Indesign CS5 Document. What is the best way to port this over to Fireworks CS5 to lay it out?

The Indesign document has a number of vector/raster graphics items which I have the native .ai and .psd files for, but I reallly want to replicate the look and feel (incl shading, buttons etc) without creating it all from stratch in Fireworks.

Would appreciate any comments/suggestions. Haven't really faced this situation before!

Many thanks for your suggestion. I ended finding that the best way to get vector graphics from the Indesign doc was to first export it as a PDF, import it into Illustrator and then either export the vector graphics as .ai files or copy/paste into Fireworks from Illustrator.

Appreciate your suggestion though - and 500 pts to you.
