ghost 14 in windows xp is requiring me to run in windows recovery enviroment

i am having an issue when trying to clone my drive to a new hard drive.

ghost 14  is gicing me this popup when trying to clone it.

Copy Drive
The operation cannot be performed while windows is running.
You must complete this operation inside the recovery enviroment.

Would you like to continue?

I click on Yes and nothing happens.

What is the recovery enviroment? Anyone know how to make this work?

I have used Ghost 10 & 14 and never had this pop up.

Thanks

That fixed it. The service was disabled and not running.
Set it to manual and started it.  No more error or run in recovery enviroment.
So simple, but yet hard to find. Thanks for helping me out.

This is the step I had to do that you listed: [ Windows Xp Pro ]
In Windows XP, click Start > Run.
2
In the Run dialog box, type the following text and then click OK:

services.msc
3
In the Services dialog box, in the Name column, locate and double-click SymSnapService.

If the "SymSnapService" service is not listed go to STEP 2.
4
Verify that the Startup type is shown as "Manual".

If Startup type is not Manual, then in the drop-down list, click Manual.
5
Verify that the Service Status is shown as "Started".

If the Service status is not Started, then click Start.
6
Click OK.
7
Close the Services window.

After I did that it ran with no issues.
