How big is that PST?<br />

Might pay to break it down into smaller psts if you like.<br />
<br />
Or the folders that did not import you could just open the PST in your Outlook.<br />
Then Copy over the folder into your PST.<br />

Using Exchange 2010 sp1 with outlook 2010.<br />

If I want to import a pst file into a mailbox, (a running mailbox) just so that duplicates are not replaced, but ignored.<br />
