The RPC server is unavailable

Dear Experts,

I have an application server running in windows server 2003 R2 Sp2 and a member of domain. Every 2 days I couldnot logon to this server and during logon says RPC is unavailable.

In the Application Event view, I have errors:

Event ID:1053
Source: Userenv
Windows cannot determine the user or computer name. (Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

Event ID:1219
Source: Winlogon
Logon rejected for <Domain Name>\administrator. Unable to obtain Terminal Server User Configuration. Error: The RPC server is unavailable.

Event ID:1517
Source: Userenv
Windows saved user FOCUS\focusadmin registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.

Kindly, i need the solution very urgent.

Regards
