I have Dreamweaver CS4 and Photoshop Elements 7 installed on my primary PC (notebook) and believe that I can also have them installed on a secondary device such as my netbook.<br />
<br />
I have the install DVDs and serial numbers but obviously can't use the DVD on my netbook without paying for an external drive that I don't want to do.<br />
<br />
Am I right in my assumption that I can download both versions onto a secondary device (believe this to be a standard licence term) and how can I download a latter version because I don't have the funds to upgrade to CS5 or PSE8 and they are the options that I can see available on Adobe's website.<br />
