My OS is WinExp Prof and I have the above scanner model S300. &nbsp;Of late I am getting this : 'An internal error occurred 0x1001.<br />
What does this error mean and how to resolve this. BTW the document although scanned but it did not go into the document folder to be saved. &nbsp;i am saving it as a pdf file which is searchable.<br />
