I am working with an activesync issue on Exchange 2003 SP2 (SBS 2003).
Trying to get it to work on a Samsung Captivate (android)
It was working fine for about a week then stopped updating the inbox suddenly.
After doing a hard reset on the phone, it still isn't working.
It syncs contacts, calendar and other folders fine but won't sync the inbox.
When i try to set it up on another phone (HTC tilt 1) the sync fails with the error:
Activesync encountered a problem on the server. Support code: 0x85010014
Activesync is working fine for other users.
I also set up a different account on the phone and it worked fine.
