Nope ... but I just solved my own ... here's what I did.<br />
<br />
a) unchecked 'list in directory'<br />
b) waited<br />
c) rechecked 'list in directory'<br />
<br />
Then they all appeared again.<br />
<br />
To be honest, i'm too busy to fathom out WHY they went in the first place - but they are back.<br />

Recently all our printers have appeared from the AD by using the 'Find a Printer' method.<br />

All printers can be browsed and installed using the \\printerserver\printer method.<br />
<br />
They have been working for years without trouble.<br />
