Can't login to console on SBS2003 standard

Cannot log into the console on a Windows SBS 2003 standard server. This started yesterday. Specs:

Dell Poweredge 2600
RAID5 drive configuration (2 partitions)

Yesterday we started getting the error "The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively". There have been no changes to the system that we are aware of.
I tried remote desktoping to the machine and get this error "Your interactive logon privilege has been disabled. Please contact your system administrator.".
I tried using adminpak to access the AD user accounts and get "Access denied"
Also when trying to access the mapped drives from a user machine get an error about access denied due to a security compromise.
I am new here and there is no documentation on administrator password.
I have tried using the NTPWedit and tried to change the administrator password, but no luck.
Stumped at this point, any help would be appreciated.
