I have a user that is having strange things happen in Outlook. She saves an email to her desktop in Outlook message format so it can be attached to a database. However when you open the saved message it is blank. tried building a new profile and that did not work. I then used Add/Remove Programs and uninstalled Office, deleted the Microsoft Office folder in C:\Program Files and used the Office removal tool from the Office 2003 toolkit.
I reinstalled Office 2003 and clicked on Outlook to build a fresh new profile. To my surprise instead of opening the wizard Outlook opened with all her profiles details already there. Where on earth is that profile info getting stored and how can I totally delete it.
I really don't want to have to format the hard drive.
