Disk space usage in Windows Server 2008

I have a Windows Server 2008 Standard server with SP2. The C:\ partition is 50GB and it is full. As with a lot of servers the Windows directory is huge but the articles I have read suggest that the winsxs folder can't be safely cleaned up. There are no applications installed on C:\ except AV and I have installed the Desktop Experience to give me access to the Disk Cleanup wizard. I have also run the Trend Micro cleanup wizard which removed temp files from our antivirus and I have run the Windows component cleanup tool that cleared about 800MB.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks.
