Ubuntu local update server

I’m running five Ubuntu servers on my lan, at the moment. Every time it is updates, I need to download the updates to all five. To save some bandwidth, I’d rather set up one server only for downloading the updates (update server), and then have the other five update form this one.

The goal is to download updates from Ubuntu once and distribute local for all the others.

Any idea on how to set this up using Ubuntu?
