outlook 2007 forward bar greyed out
In outlook 2007 the forward bar is greyed out.
The user can go to tools and foreward messages that way but needs the bar back

Go to Help> Detect and Repair.
did you try this ?
start > run
outlook /cleanprofile
See if that brings back the forward bar

close outlook
Go here
Start > Run >
type
%userprofile%\application data\microsoft\outlook
rename outcmd.dat to - outcmd-old.dat
start > run >
type
outlook /cleanprofile
Restart - then deselect FROM field
See if it works
start > run
outlook /cleanprofile

Customize > Select "Standard" and then click on reset
1. You have no email account configured (anymore).
To configure an account choose Tools-> Email Accounts or Tools-> Account Settings
(the exact naming depends on your version of Outlook)
2. Your version of Outlook hasn’t been activated yet or your trial has expired.
To activate your version of Outlook choose Help-> Activate Product…
If your trial version has expired you’ll need to buy an Outlook license if you want to continue using Outlook.
