Online Archive does not show up in Outlook 2010

I just purchased and installed Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus. I have never had any beta versions of Office 2010 on this computer. I cannot get the online archive to show up in my user mailbox no matter what I've tried.
I've reentered the product key, reactivated and even uninstalled and reinstalled. It shows up in OWA but not in Outlook 2010...any suggestions?

If you downloaded RTM versions of Office Professional Plus 2010 or Visio Professional 2010 between April 22 and May 1 please obtain a new product key.  Your current product key does not unlock full functionality; we apologize for the inconvenience.  No additional download required.  See the KB article for instructions on how to re-enter a product key.  Your key allocation will not be impacted.

Subscribers who obtained product keys after May 1 have the correct keys.

I will reconfirm the product key with Microsoft to ask them for a new key.

like I said, I just purchased this week. Key as well. And I've done the add/remove programs/modify/replace key and put my key in as well. It still does not work.

We also purchased this version with the volume/open license and it still doesn't show up in Outlook 2010. Anyone else experiencing this ?
I have the same problem.    But I can log in on a machine and see my online archive with outlook 2010 prof and when I log in as another user I cant.    Both accounts have full mailbox rights set to their username
