- Click on Start > Administrative Tools > Print Management.
- Expand Print Servers > Local Server Name > Ports
- Right Click on the port you need to remove & select Delete
You can also do this remotely with the Print Services Tools snap-in, part of the Remote Server Administration Tools [RSAT]. It is the same method as above, you just need to select the specific server:
- Click on Start > Administrative Tools > Print Management.
- Right Click on Print Servers > Add / Remove Servers
- Input server name or Browse & select server > Click Add to List > OK
- Expand Print Servers > Local Server Name > Ports
- Right Click on the port you need to remove & select Delete
