exchange is sending spam

hi
all of sudden the email server is sending alot of emails seems to me its a attack of spam its using my server

this is in sender box

this is the results i got for the first test i have blocked the first sender but today there was another one seems to me its going to cause problem

If possible then Stop the SMTP service and Rename the mailroot folder. And restart the SMTP service.
