Problems Sharing USB printer in Windows 7
I am having problems setting up printer sharing on Windows 7 in my domain environment. I have been doing my troubleshooting/testing with two computers, both running Windows 7 Pro x86. There is a STAR label printer attached to BG-CFINN via USB. I have setup this printer as a shared printer and listed it in the directory. From BG-MFLOWERS when you try to add the shared printer you get the error message that "Windows couldn't connect to the printer. Check the printer name and try again. If this is a network printer, make sure that the printer is turned on, and that the printer address is correct."
Troubleshooting steps that I have already taken:
I have attached screenshots of all of the errors, and settings that I think might be pertinent.
If you can offer me any more suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Troubleshooting steps that I have already taken:
Reboot Both Computers
Reinstall printer with the latest drivers
Double checked that both computers had the latest windows updates
Our Network admin deleted and recreated his computer account in Active Directory
Removed computer from domain and then added him back to domain
Checked that File and Printer Sharing were Enabled
Checked that the following services were running: DHCP, DNS, Network Connection, Network Location Awareness, RPC, Server, TCP/IP Netbios Helpder, Workstation, Function Discovery, and UPnP
Created a standard file share on BG-CFinn, but could not connect to it either. When you run the connection diagnostics you get the following error: "The device or resource (BG-CFinn) is not set up to accept connections on port 'The File and printer sharing (SMB)'."
Tried connecting to the shared printer and shared file from a second computer BG-JWILSON and saw the same results.
You Can ping BG-CFINN from both of these computers.
You can see BG-CFINN in both of their Network lists.
I made MFlowers an admin on BG-CFINN to eleminate any permissions type issues.
Ran System File Checker (no files needed repaired)
I have attached screenshots of all of the errors, and settings that I think might be pertinent.
If you can offer me any more suggestions, I would love to hear them.

Try add user in security tab or disable IP v6
I did as you suggested, but I am still getting the exact same error when trying to connect to this printer.
Do you have public printer sharing and printer sharing in general turned on in your network and sharing center?

Are there additional settings outside of Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings?
I don't seem to see any settings in the Network and Sharing Center that specifically address Public Printer Sharing and Printer Sharing in general. Where do you find these? Can you post a screenshot?

This may seem like a silly question, but are you using a user with administrative privileges?
Yes, I have given both users local admin rights on their own computers. I have also made Matt an admin on Charles's machine as well, since I thought that Charles's PC might be refusing the connection because Matt didn't have sufficient privileges.

Make sure in the security tab that everyone is set to full control or co-owner, and make sure both computers are in the same workgroup.
I have setup the full control in the security tab, but it didn't seem to make a difference.
