How do I create sliding context like the Inside NYTimes.com

Greetings Experts,

I am searching for a simple method to replicate the way the nytimes slides content in the "Inside NYTimes.com" section of the www.nytimes.com home page.

It has  a previous and next button that scrolls the content, onClick, one item at a time.

My searches have failed to find a good sample, any pointers would be helpful!

The ones I generally use are Jquery carousel plugins. Two I would recommend are:

http://sorgalla.com/jcarousel/

or the lite version

http://www.gmarwaha.com/jquery/jcarousellite/

Lots of example on both sites and both are very customisable ... make them auto, rotate all the through, different settings etc.
