HP StorageWorks MSA50 SAN not showing up in the ACU
I have an HP Storage Works MSA50 SAN with (3) 72 GB in RAID 5 array.
It is connected via SCSI cable to to an HP Proliant DL380 with 5 drives. (2) 32 GB are in a a RAID 1+0 and the other (3) 72 GB are in a RAID 5.
If I open up ACU and log in as Administrator i can only see the servers controller with the 2 different logical drives. It does not show the MSA50. I can see both controllers in the device manager as well as all 3 logical volumes.
Anybody seen this before and possibly know how to get around it? Please Help, Thanks Experts.
Let me know if I need to clarify anything.

So last night I checked my ACU version and it was out of date, so I installed the newest version early this AM and rebooted the server. I am now on 8.0.14. I rebooted the server as instructed now I can not open ACU at all. Please help.

Thank you very much. I installed a newer version of the ACU this AM, which I thought was the most current 8.1.14 and couldn't even open it up. I thought I was SOL on this one. Thank you for the link to the latest.
BTW, I had installed the latest version of the home page this AM too. Didn't do the full pack but that prob would have done the trick also.

ACU relies in Internet explorer, try putting it in remote service mode and accessing it from a PC using https://<ipaddress>:2381. Make sure you've got the latest Systems Management Homepage installed for this. You'll also have to add the server's IP address to local intranet zone in Internet Exploiter.
If that doesn't help then nistall the whole Proliant Support Pack, that's got the latest drivers and utilities and all in matching supported versions.
