interactively login not permitted on server 2008 and RDP service down

Gurus,

I have a server 2008 that I cannot login into interactivley (locally) and the terminal and RDP services are down.

Check the sql server agent and sql server instances are started.

The solution was to use this comand  "mstsc /console /v server "whick remotes directy to the server console.
