how to send as from a mail merge in word

I'm able to send email as someone else, but I dont' see the option when I'm doing a mail merge from word. How do I get word to send as when emailing a mail merge?

are you asking about how to change the SENDER address? or just how to use mailmerge?

What version of Word/Outlook are you using?

Are your end users making ugly email signatures?

Have you left it up to your end users to create their own email signatures? Are they forgetting to add the company logo or using garish font colors? Take control and ensure all users have the same email signature.

I could be wrong but im sure Words email merge feature only runs via the default or open profile in Outlook.

You could import the email addresses into a Contacts folder in MS Outlook, create the email, add the contacts into the To, Cc or Bcc fields then send it.
