Microsoft CRM Data Migration Manager won't open

I'd like to try out Data Migration Manager for CRM 4 and have been running into some issues getting it to load.
In Deployment Manager it shows the CRM version to be: 4.0.7333.2148.  I installed Roll-up 12.
With the server disabled in Deployment Manager, if I try opening Data Migration Manager it comes up to an error: "Mandatory updates have not been installed.  Data Migration Manager can not continue."
If the server is enabled in the Deployment Manager and I try opening Data Migration Manager it gives an error: " You must have the System Administrator Security role to use this tool".  I am logged in as an administrator and that user does have that role.
Looking for any help or assistance in getting this Migration Manager to open successfully.

Did you also install the Update Rollup for the Data Migration Manager (the DMClient file)?

You were right, I was missing the rollup for the DMM.  I installed rollup 7 and than 12 and it is now working.
