Asus G50VT-X1 and a touch screen

Does this laptop have the ability to enploy touch screen? Like does the motherboard support it? Because i want to use Bumptop to the fulliest and if so i will replace my lcd screen for a touch.

I think that the OS and the hardware both need to support this.

Is there another similar ASUS that does have this ?

There are add on that convert normal LCD to touch , which may be a better option.
