I found the following instructions here: http://discussions.apple.com/message.jspa?messageID=4834493#4834493

TO SYNC ENTOURAGE TO IPHONE..........
Go to preferences in Entourage
Choose Sync Preferences
Click on the Items that you want to be synced.
Then go to the Apple control panel and click .Mac
Then click on the sync button and all the entourage items will synch to .Mac
When you sync your iPhone all the data will be put into the phone.
