groupwise external entities into addresses in exchange

is there a tool or a way to take about 1,000 external entities in groupwise and move them to just addresses in exchange. They are using the groupwise connector and planning a migration, but when they email these external entities they can not reply etc. Thanks any help would be great

Might be worthwhile investigating if Quest's groupwise migrator can do it?
