I got a brand new Dell Optiplex 780 with 24&quot; screen. &nbsp;The screen has a nasty flicker. &nbsp;Especially when moving open windows around. &nbsp;<br />
I swapped the screen and the same thing continues. &nbsp;<br />

Would that be a video graphic card? &nbsp;I don't have another one to swap. &nbsp;It's a dual HDMI via DVI doungle.<br />
