Outlook holiday calendar dates through 2012

I have users who want to add holidays to their Outlook 2003 calendars connected to Exchange.  I added a Public Folder calendar w/ holidays, but they didn't want that.
The issue is that some users can't add holiday's beyond 2007.  Office SP3 is supposed to add dates to 2012, but despite having SP3 installed, it's still not adding dates past 2007.
