I installed NCP Secure client on my windows mobile phone.  When I connect to my Cisco VPN Concentrator 3005, it says I'm connected but my transmit and recieve stay at 0, and I can't ping the address.  Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. Probably just a minor configuration issue. Unfortunately there are so many parameters to play with. If you can successfully establish a tunnel the rest is just firewalling and layer 3 routing. Look at the log and see what networks the Cisco is sending to the client. Then compare with your client routing table.
What OS and version do you have on that phone? Do you have any firewall installed and active? Do you use Split Tunneling?
Since you use NCP client you should contact the NCP Technical Support. They are great! You can either email them "helpdesk@ncp-e.com" or even give them a call. Normally a live US engineer answers the phone or they call you back quickly. The US number is 650.316.6273 option 1. I was always 100% happy with the support they provide, Even to just trial customers. They don't differentiate if you purchased the product or just testing it for 30 days. With NCP there should never be a need to contact anyone else but their great support engineers.

Good luck.

Thanks.  I got it working.  When configuring the profile in the NCP Configuration Manager, under Basic Settings, i had chossen Home.  I changed it to Internet and it worked.
