it won;t hurt to delete the bes account and recreate it. perhaps before doing that try resending the IT policy to the device. I can;t recall offhand how to do it, I'll need to log onto my bes to check.<br />

perhaps he's set something on the device, you can over ride this with the IT policy too....

I have a user with a BlackBerry Curve 8330. &nbsp;He is setup to receive emails through our BES. &nbsp;However, the user does not receive any emails unless he sends one. &nbsp;Once he sends an email, all emails that have not yet been received by the BlackBerry start loading at once. &nbsp;Any ideas on this would be helpful. &nbsp;I'm thinking that we need to have his BES account deleted and recreated.
