Java Client Applet - null on me.getUsername

Somewhere in the playerLogin() is where the magic happens...

OK so I did that and I am getting nul for me.getUsername() now...
I don't know what the objective here is for replacing username with me.getUsername -- but hey you're the expert.

Here is the server console output:

Yep! I got that.  But it's still producing the same error before where it would spit the message for every client connected. I'll open up a new Q.
