Lotus Domino Returns 'Error Loading Web SSO Configuration 'Ltpatoken'' when using Internet Sites

I am getting the above error while config the SSO. Previously I was loading website using the internet site document. Now I am not using site document. I deleted the SSO document and recreated but still I am getting the error.

I'm not familiar with the error, nor with the exact configuration.
