Can Microsoft's Voice recognition run on XP

See the subject.  Further, if it can run on xp, where can I go to download it.  Finally, will it run on a little 1 gb netbook?  thanks in advance

You'll need to install Office - it's not an XP component but an Office one.

Went to URL you suggested and it said it will not run on Office 2007.  And, guess which version of Office I have....

Yep, 2007.  So, I am out of the water on this one.

True -  You can still get it by installing any of the Microsoft Office XP/2003 applications or by installing the Windows XP Plus Pack 5.0
Office 2007 will work with the Speech Recognition Engine but doesn't install it.
