AS3 xml news ticker - assestance needed.

Hi all,

I am looking for instructions on how to create an as3 xml news ticker that reads an xml and contains links.
I know there are downloads out there but I need to create my own.

Just need a 400 width x 50 height ticker as a movie which I can drop in my projects.
