Dell Latitude D620 Mother Board Issue

I have a Dell Latitude D620 Laptop. My motherboard Graphic chip is not working and want to buy a new board.  The problem is that i want to buy a new board with Intel Graphic card, currently it has Nvidia Quardro NVS 110M with 64mb memory.  This chip has some manufacturing fault. So i want to replace the board with Intel Graphic card.  I want to know which board model i should buy to get my laptop running.  I have tried two boards  they don't work with my laptop. can anyone help me choosing the model of the board with intel graphic card.

dj0rbit is correct that is the part# for a D620 motherboard with an intel video chipset. But when you get the board you'll also need to get another cpu heatsink as the one that ships with the with the nvidia card is different that the intel board. The part number for the heatsink is YD410 and can be found on ebay for ~$10, also the motherboard it's self goes for ~$100 on ebay with warranty(alot cheaper than Dell's website).
