Predective dialer for call centre

hi one of my client is a call centre, having 500 agents, can u plz suggest me which  predective dialer will be best, which can work fine with big call centre.client is not impressed with vicidial

This is not related to Asterisk or with Vicidial but we use Interaction Dialer.  I work for a company that's a reseller of Interactive Intelligence software and we installed Interaction Dialer in many call centers.

It seems to be. I have worked with several threads here in EE and it appears to be pretty good. I have not worked with it persoanlly, but it's worth setting up for proof of concept.

With 500 users and a pure open source solution, you need to do proof of concept anyway...

Proof of concept means you should build a test system to make sure your implementation works before you roll it out.
