Cisco Router 2811
Hi Experts,
How do you run a diagnostic test on a cisco router 2811. The light under the letter A is blinking amber and there is no connectivity. Does anybody know what A is referring to.
Thanks,

The letter A is in the front panel and it is blinking amber . I will get the information later as I do not have access to the switch right now.
How can I troubleshoot the hardware then if there is no diagnostic test on the 2811?

Is the letter A next to the ethenernet socket? If you connect the blue cable to the console port and connect that to a laptop or computer. Run Hyperterminal and that should give you acces to the router.
