Blackberry Error

Good Morning/Evening;

I have a problem with one of the blackberries model Bold 9650. I got white screen with the error : "JUM Error 517 reset" .

how can I fix this problem

you need to reload the os for the device .

check the url above for how to do this.

what you would want is to have the latest version of blackberry desktop manager installed. download the device software from the web provided by your service provider from url given below :

http://na.blackberry.com/eng/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp

and install it and then check the steps on the first url.

I had difficulties to find the write os to install with the provided link I had to search for it individually
