Cannot use Print Screen in Citrix session

Hello there,

We have a Citrix XenApp 4.5 farm on windows 2003 farm.How can I enable print screen feature for users connecting to a Full desktop published app.
Is Print screen disabled by default?
OR is there is any way we can enable in access management console or in registry.
Please advise.

I'm not sure what client you are using, below is a link that will assist you with allowing print screens and Citrix.  Essentially, the Appsrv.ini needs to be updated with AlwaysSendPrintScreen=On under WFCLIENT.  The clients will need start a new session for this to work.
