OMA blank page & Event ID 1507

i am receiving the following event id error when trying to browse /OMA on exchange 2003 . this is a windows 2003 box too

when i browse to /oma i'm also getting a blank page

any ideas?

try restarting the World Wide Web Publishing service on the Exchange Server and check

check if you have lasted hoftixes and service pack for exchange server 2003
