Print Management in Windows Server 2003 R2 sp2

When I try to add the role it fails on installing Print Management.  If I do it manually from add/remove windows components, I get the same result.  There are no errors other than "Installation failed"  I have no idea what to do next as there are no leads for me to go by.
Any help is appreciated.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You could try and run the setup again? Is the only text in error dialog 'Installation Failed'?

It says Failed to Set Up Print Server on a Configure Server Wizard Box.  Below that it suggests to do it manually which I have tried and I get the same result.  In the log file it says Installation of the Print Server Role Failed.
I have done this several times with same result.  No clue anywhere else is given.

Well, I solved my own problem.  When it asked for the disk, I was using the 32 bit edition instead of the 64.  Problem is, it just went through the install like normal untill the end when it indicated that it failed.   It never indicated that I was using the wrong disk.   Thanks for trying to help.
