Helo Xperts,
Do you know which trace file would be most relevant in RTMT where I can find details of user logging into ccmuser web page ? A.D endusers are sync'd with CM End users via LDAP. All users are ok except 1 whose not able to log in so I thought I'd check in trace file what string does it match when I enter the username, pwd. not sure which log in Call Manager would be relevant for capturing that information ? Any advise/help would be appreciated !

Capture Tomcat logs, and look for the localhost_access, they will give you every post or get request attempt against Tomcat.

Caoture DirSync traces for LDAP authentication and Sync.

Finally a packet capture at the server level, with utils network capture eth0 file capture1.cap count 1000000

should give you a cap file you can open with wireshark to see all of the bind request and responses againt the LDAP server.
