Do you know which trace file would be most relevant in RTMT where I can find details of user logging into ccmuser web page ? A.D endusers are sync'd with CM End users via LDAP. All users are ok except 1 whose not able to log in so I thought I'd check in trace file what string does it match when I enter the username, pwd. not sure which log in Call Manager would be relevant for capturing that information ? Any advise/help would be appreciated !
