How to install Mailer Daemon software in Exchange server 2010

I want to install Mailer Daemon software in Exchange server 2010. I need the process for installation.

Why do you need another product as well as Exchange 2010?

I want to install this because, recently my mail server  had a problem delivering messages, i mean it can deliver the messages but its delayed. I dont have much idea about the mailer daemon but, i want to make sure that the mail sever is delivering the messages in time. So how do i know my mail server is delivering messages without any delay.

Mailer-Daemon will not help with that:

You should use the message tracking tool:

You can also do protocol logging if they are messages outside your company:
