I have a problem tracking form. The top part of the form is a repeating section that houses the unchanging info of the form server name, intial date. I used a repeating section so that when I do  query it will pull back all problem record for a particlar instance. But withiin the repeating section I have to trace the history of the problem which belong the repeating table, tracking each step taken to resolve the issue.
Hi, I am creating a info path form where i have a repeating section where I place
(repeating section) displayed on the form wants

This should not be an issue.  You can drag and drop a repeating section or table into another repeating section.

The trick is setting up filter or hiding the rows that are not relevant.

So once you drop in your secondary repeating table add conditional formatting where if repating row ID does not match cooresponding ID in the parent hide the row.
That way to the user they see only the repeating history which is relevant (match) for each of the problem records.
