Ad Rotator for SharePoint 2010

Greetings all

I am looking for an Ad Rotator  - type component for SP2010.

The specs are

1.  Display images, either random or sequentially
2.  Allow user to click and select next image
3. For each image displayed , show related announcements

Any thoughts?
