I have setup a mailbox account with valid and functional email account. He also have a private external email address @gmail.com.

All messages that are received mailbox@exchange.tld are forwarded to mailbox@gmail.com.
I need to configure Exchange 2007 CAS to stop forwarding  only NDR emails to external address.
How can i do that?

you would need to create a transport rule that uses his external contact as the recipient and the subject containing "Undeliverable:"

So, is the final "solution" - it can not be done (on exchange)?
